SC125*100 is a standard tie-rod double-acting pneumatic cylinder with a 125mm bore and 100mm stroke. Designed in accordance with common pneumatic standards, it features stable structure and strong versatility, mainly used for linear reciprocating motion in automated equipment and production lines.
The cylinder is equipped with a high-strength aluminum alloy barrel with hard anodizing treatment, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The piston rod is finely processed with hard chrome plating, making it smooth, durable, resistant to bending and rust, ensuring a long service life and smooth operation without jamming. The 125mm large bore provides sufficient thrust for heavy-duty working conditions. Built-in adjustable air cushion effectively absorbs shock and reduces noise at the end of stroke, protecting equipment from damage.
It features excellent sealing performance with high-quality sealing rings, preventing air leakage effectively. The cylinder responds quickly, runs stably and consumes less energy. With flexible installation and standard mounting holes, it can be directly adapted to various automated machinery. Magnetic induction switches can also be installed for position detection and automatic control.
