SPB280-2-2517-42 is a 2-groove SPB taper lock pulley with an outer diameter of 280 mm, matched with No.42 taper bush and standard 17 mm bore. All V-grooves are one-step precision-machined by professional CNC cutters in strict accordance with national SPB narrow V-belt standards on groove angle and surface finish. The perfect fit prevents belt slipping, jumping and deviation, greatly reducing heat generation, abnormal abrasion and breakage, extending belt service life and cutting overall equipment maintenance costs.
3. No.42 Taper Bush Structure for Fast Assembly & Maintenance
Supplied with standard No.42 taper lock bush and complete locking screws. The taper clamping design delivers high coaxiality and accurate positioning. Pulley replacement can be completed simply by loosening locking screws without disassembling the entire shaft assembly, drastically shortening equipment downtime and minimizing labor and production suspension losses.
4. Flexible Selection & Customization Support
Standard full package includes pulley body, taper bush and fasteners; pulley body only is available on request. Custom bore sizes, keyways and anti-rust surface treatments including painting, blackening and phosphating are acceptable. Non-standard dimensions can be produced strictly per customer drawings.
