The 87436M is a thrust cylindrical roller bearing with an inner diameter of 200mm, an outer diameter of 400mm, and a width of 90mm. This bearing structure adopts the contact between rollers and raceway lines, featuring outstanding load-carrying capacity. It can withstand large unidirectional axial loads and limit the axial displacement of the shaft in one direction, but it cannot bear radial loads.
The roller and cage assembly, shaft ring and seat ring of 87440M can be separated, which is convenient for installation, disassembly and later maintenance. M usually stands for machined metal solid cage, which is of high strength and wear resistance. Under heavy load conditions, it can stably guide the movement of rollers and ensure the smooth operation of bearings.
In terms of application scenarios, the 87440M thrust cylindrical roller bearing is commonly found in equipment with high axial load-bearing requirements, such as at the hook of a crane, where it bears the axial force generated by lifting heavy objects. In low-speed reducers, it assists in power transmission and speed regulation.
